History and Purpose

MASS was founded in 1968 by a group of non-competing manufacturers of sanitary supplies. The association offers its members a unique learning and teaching experience whereby all aspects of their business can be freely and frankly discussed in confidence. Collectively, members gain a positive overview of their industry that individually they cannot perceive. Over the years, membership has grown to the dedicated and enthusiastic group that we are today.

Semi-Annual Meetings 

Meetings are conducted twice yearly in Chicago, although occasionally an alternate location is used. Attendance of all members is encouraged at every meeting, with a minimum mandatory attendance to one meeting per year to retain eligible membership status. All members must be represented by an individual who is knowledgeable regarding the marketing and operational activity of the member firm, and must possess the authority requisite to bind that member firm with respect to any association decisions or activities.
